Slack workspace access token for an installed app (bot/user/app-level/configuration token)
Create a Slack app in Your apps, add the scopes you need, then install it with Slack OAuth as described in Installing with OAuth. The install flow issues tokens such as bot tokens (xoxb-) and user tokens for the workspace, documented in Tokens.
Slack CLI authorization token
Install the Slack CLI, then run slack login and complete the in-Slack approval flow described in Authorizing the Slack CLI. For CI/CD, you can mint a long-lived service token with the Slack CLI and then authorize with slack login --auth <your-service-token>.
